To be eligible for replacement, the customer must strictly follow these steps:
Unboxing VideoRecord a clear, continuous video while opening the package.The video must start before opening the parcel and clearly show the shipping label.No cuts, pauses, or edits are allowed.
Repacking Video (Return Shipping)When sending the product back to Snexo, the customer must record a clear packing video.The video should show the product condition and the sealing of the package.

Replacement Conditions
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
